Everything was nice and clean. The linen smelled well :) and we got room with balcony with see view. Staff was helpful.
Breakfast was the same every day. Not to many choices.

The area was good and we had easily access to the city's landmarks. Also we had room service every day making our beds and people were very welcoming and polite all the way through our visit
Breakfast was poor and dining area wasn't as clean as expected. There were flies swimming in the yoghurt and occasionally the plates were dirty. Also there wasn't variety of food options (Turkish breakfast mainly). Could have definitely been better. Quite stressed about the payment even though the details were taken beforehand and on booking it said that the hotel would process payment automatically. However at some point during our staying we were asked to pay twice.
