Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and city attractions. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and insufficient cleaning services. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating it and others finding it basic or unsatisfactory. Staff friendliness and value for money are occasionally mentioned positively, but overall, the negative experiences with cleanliness significantly impact guest satisfaction.
