The location was terrific. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. The hotel generally was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The extras (drinks especially) were very expensive.

The location in a quiet culdesac, adjacent to a main street and close to the major sites and amenities. The room was quiet, the desk staff were efficient and the internet was free of charge.
The bedding was worn, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was poorly lit, on arrival we complained re a failed lamp bulb, it was never fixed. During our stay the TV failed and was never fixed. Maintenance is a problem, Overall the hotel is tired and not worth the money.

The hotel is ideal for tourists as it is close to the historical attractions of Istanbul. The accommodation is clean and comfortable.

1- All the staff were very helpful and polite 2- They prepaired advance breakfast at 5:00 am because we were leaving to airport at 5:30 am they opened the breakfast resturant with one serving staff 3- Whenever we need the internet they provide us with free laptop to use
Nothing at all and if we visit Istanbul again our hotel will be Sultanhan
