Pros (+) The area is quiet, so that's something to like if you're interested in being off on a remote side of town.
Cons (-) The hotel is really run down. The photos make it look a lot more luxurious than it could ever be. The breakfast is free, but the quality of the food is bad. Overall, majorly dissapointed.
