The staff in Kamloops were very helpful.Cons:
Description of how to drop off the vehicle in Vancouver. There was no signage and we had to visit the tourism information and then speak to people at the hotel to determine where to drop the vehicle off.Budget

Pros:
The car I got had a clean bill of condition but I found several significant dings and scratches that I may have been held responsible for.Cons:
The original booking was at a good rate, but when I extended it from 10 days to 2 weeks, I was very unhappy at the increased rate - I would have expected it to be the same or even better given a weekly rate - it went from $30/per day through the independent booking site to $45!!Eagle Rent A Car
