The lazy river, pools and beach access were conveniently located. There is a scavenger hunt and Auntie's Beach House to keep the kids entertained.
The food options close early and the characters aren't doing too much walking around so you have to pay for the family dining experience to meet characters. The lifeguards are basically kids and if you have a problem, don't expect them to help too much.
For children, this place is amazing! The best part was Auntie’s Beach House, which is included with your stay. A wonderful place for your child to play and be safe while the parents are away.
You have to know what your getting into when staying at a Disney hotel. There are a lot of people who stay here from all over the world. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this probably isn’t the place for you.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, excellent service, clean room and accommodations. Really excellent experience!
Yes, $37 per day to park a rental car. We had 3 rental cars in our family group, so the parking fees were far too costly. The parking fee was the same price for self parking and for valet parking. There was no free parking on the hotel grounds.
Great for the kids
Way way overpriced
Swimming pool were the best of all and all staffs at the pool were really friendly"........breakfast,lunch,and dinner were wonderfull
1. Refrigerator build up ICE on back wall. 2. A/C was't working. 3. TV had only 2 channels, were out of service couple hours. 4. We were outside on the balcony and someone from upstairs dumped water onto our balcony and we got all wet. plus more things
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is a wonderful place to go for a Disney-Hawaiian vacation. This fine establishment features easy access to the airport, a number of dining options, many types of rooms to choose from, and of course plenty of Disney magic. Aulani has self-parking and valet services to make coming and going from the resort effortless, and travelers can also take advantage of public transportation to get around the island and to the hotel. Both the public transportation and private taxis available can take guests to all sorts of activities on the island that range from shimmering lagoons and ranches to the North Shore beaches, historic Pearl Harbor, and more. Rooms at the Aulani have plenty of amenities and sizes. Guests can enjoy everything from standard 1 to 2 bedrooms to private villas with kitchen and washer-dryer upgrades to grand villas with more than 2,100 square feet of living space that not only offer views of the area and ocean but can sleep up to 12 guests as well. There is a wide array of complementary services for guests at the Aulani that are included with their stay. Such benefits include on-property entertainment, no resort fees, a kid’s club, and more. Of course, included in these extra services are plenty of options when it comes to dining services. Guests can enjoy a range of different food and snacks for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in elegant restaurants or poolside venues.
