The service was excellent and the rooms comfortable, although my shower needed some attention.
The hotel was located somewhat remote from the town centre, so it was always necessary to get a taxi to go anywhere from the hotel.
Stuff very unpleasant and not professional, very cold in the room, very noisy, no Internet connection, the receptionist charged me too much for the nights, I cannot invite any guests, very expensive, very far from the city - nothing around in this area.
Big and nice balcony
At the reception, was traing to take 14 euro more then in reservation.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The food available in the restaurant was varied and delicious. The hotel was comfortable and I loved being able to sit out on the balcony outside our room and relax.
No hairdryer in the room. The rooms did not have enough soundproofing.
this hotel is excellent, considered rapport quality/price.staff is very very kind and available to help you in all situation.rooms are spacious and very clean, absolutely!!breakfast is good and included in the price.there is the free park for the car, just in the area of the hotel, too.hotel is 4 kilometers from city centre but taxi isn't too expensive(about 25 polish money=7 euro) or you can take bus nr. 124 with its stop at 5 minutes walking from the hotel.i really suggest this hotel to all people who want visit kracow.by an italian man.
We chose the Ruczaj because we had been to Krakow before and knew the difficulty of parking in the town. The hotel had a large free car park that was locked at night. The rooms are clean and have adequate facilities, the shower is hot and powerful. The breakfast is continental and there is a decent choice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone with a car. It was good value for money.
Without a car the hotel would be quite a way from town (4km). The tram does not come near the hotel and the buses are not easy to use from there either. If you have a car it's great but a taxi is £4-£5 into town and that's £8-£10 a day, more if you want to come back to the hotel before going out again at night!
They charged the credit card for the cost of the first night 2 days before the check-in day. They wanted the rest to be paid at our arrival.
good sized room , balcony , parking availability , attractive building
They do not have any non smoking rooms. If you reserv one, it will be just a normal room with an ash tray. The bedlinen was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke, so I woke up with a head ache. They were turning the central heating off in the evening, so it was not warm enough. There was a lot of noise coming in from other parts of the hotel, so I could not sleep very well.
With a stay at Ruczaj, you'll be centrally located in Krakow, within a 15-minute drive of ICE Krakow Congress Centre and Dragon's Den. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk.
