Very clean and quiet Accommodation. Even the toilet is very clean and comfortable. Especially the public area, you guys will love it for sure. Hotel Oncen is just perfect for me. The staff can speak really well in English and responsive. They even provide pick up service from bus terminal to the hotel too. Probably will stay nextime if coming to kusatsu.

Extremely friendly personal! The owner answered all the questions we had and even lifted us to the bus station, when we almost got late. Private onsen was nice. We had good time in relax zone with free green tea and massage chair.
Some things would be good to repair, but its not a big deal.

It was very clean, the bed was so confortable, plus I had the yukata set, a kettle inside the room, a heater and a TV. The staff was super adorable, the breakfast was delicious !! Plus there are a lot of games to enjoy, a great onsen inside the facility with free drinks ... I super enjoyed my stay !
The facility is a bit high so it was tiring to climb the steps at the end of the day, but it is so worth it.
