Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore La Fortuna and enjoy views of the volcano. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast received mixed feedback: while some found it delicious and filling, others thought the options were limited or repetitive. The pool and garden areas were pleasant for wildlife spotting, though some guests found the pool small. Overall, the hotel is considered a great choice for its location, service, and cleanliness, with a few minor drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
