Super friendly staff. Helpful with storing our luggage . Good tips and trips for la Paz They found a bus to Cusco for us as we missed our because of an airplane cancelation. We where allowed to cancel a night we booked without any charges on a very short notice. Clean rooms, clean toilets, good breakfast. Heating in the rooms for cold days
No window in most of the room we booked but still really comfortable, not smelly at all.

Overall a very nice, clean, cosy place. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the shower is perfectly hot. The breakfast is good. We recommend this place.
We had a room next to the breakfast area. In the morning there was some noise from there that woke us up. But not to bad!

The hotel is really welcoming. The patio is comfortable. It is quiet, clean and cosy. The breakfast is very good - the best we had in our one month travel! The staff is arranging and nice (we could leave luggages for two days, arrive at any time, ask for anything...) Great quality for the price!
We changed rooms during our stay. The first room was cosy but not very clean and the bathroom was small and smelly. The second room was way better but we didn't have any hot water (no matter the time of day or how long we waited).
