Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) If you have 15 floors, you better have all your elevators working, especially on a Saturday. Twice we gave up and used the stairs to go up and down 12 floors, including walking down those stairs with all our luggage. Inexcusable

Pros (+) It was ok. Small beds. Way over priced.
Cons (-) When I had a question about the bill and called the local hotel and got Linda in accounting she was very rude! She immediately had an attitude and talked to me as if I was lying. Bad customer service!

Cons (-) How you walk in on the second floor and the access to the rooms is ducked off by the elevators.
