Pros (+) From the excellent staff to the well appointed rooms, we enjoyed our stay The check in was easy. The staff gave us excellent information about the hotel and area. The room was comfortable and the mini bar and selections were great. We enjoyed the cookie time The pool and spa were clean and easily assessible. The fire pit was warm with great music playing.

Cons (-) The housekeeping in the room was not very good. The robe was not hung up. The bathtub and basin did not drain very well. The room was a bit noisy from people sitting out by the pool. The air conditioning was very loud and not very effective. The room had a stale air from lack of circulation.
Pros (+) Awesome location, great value. The whole "surf hotel" vibe is well done. You can walk right into town along the beachfront promenade. As a added bonus, the hotel coffee is actually pretty good.
Pros (+) Wonderful location near Heisler Park and walk to town, beach, restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and happy. Loved being greeted so positively! Rooms were clean and luxurious - loved balcony for morning coffee. Truly wished we stayed longer.
Pros (+) The renovations really turned LB House into something special. Staff are great people. Location is amazing. Rooms are great. I grew up in Laguna Beach and often the hotels seem to assume that Laguna will "sell itself" and they don't have to put the effort in, but this hotel isn't like that.
