Pros: The grounds and physical facilities are very well kept.
The staff is very courteous and aiming to please
Cons: Need to move a notch up the food quality, menu selection and serviceat the restaurant and cafe
Pros: Beautiful resort, very well maintained - super clean. Super friendly English speaking staff, good food, nice rooms, hot big showers, comfortable stay right on the beach.
Cons: The only negative is that the beach is nice, bit the water has sea weed like reefs that you can't swim in, like they come out of the water. In order to swim you need to walk about two football fields to the other side of the beach where the water is clear.

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at XABORES Cyber Cafe, which serves breakfast. A bar/lounge and a children's pool are other highlights, and rooms offer LED TVs and refrigerators.
Cons: I did not like the small extremelly soft pillows and the air conditioner turns out and on out and on no matter if you put it in low high or auto. we all got sick after leaving the hotel because of the changing temperature in the rooms
Pros: I love the infinity pool! Beutiful sunset from the beach.
Pros: The level of relaxation I attained at the Rincon beach resort was rejuvenating and revitalizing. The beach and pool are in great proximity. The garden and palms are perfectly placed and spaced. The beach chairs are comfortable. the beach also offers a long stretch to walk or bath along. The pool is nicely shaped with a shallow and deeper end. The hot tub. Is very comfortable and a good size. There's also a swim up bar and a new outdoor grill for your food and beverage needs. Rooms are private and balconies are perfect for relaxing at sunset.
The staff was great. All very polite and professional with great knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. Jose Torres, Antonio, and Geneva at bar tending and Marcelo at the front desk just to name a few. They made my stay truley unforgettable. I will return again someday soon.
Cons: Hot tub and pool need to stay open 24hrs. A few putters for the putting green and I wouldn't mind seeing paddle boards for rent the next time I stay there. Other than that it's great.
Pros: The staff and the check in counter was nice.
Cons: As soon as we arrived to the hotel there was no one to help with the luggage. The elevator was really slow and smelled strange. The balcony of our room smelled a bit like urine. The blanket was the most scratchy uncomfortable fleece I have ever had the displeasure of using. No extra pillows in the room. The room door has to be pulled shut and won't close by itself. The sand was very dirty and littered with cigarette butts.
Pros: One of the cleanest hotels we stayed at in Puerto Rico, Great restaurant downstairs, good size pool with hot tub. Swim up bar. Great beach.
Cons: The bartender over charged for the drinks ordered and after pointing out the mistake he insisted it was tax. $16 for $11 worth of drinks accounts for much more than tax. Other than that, it was great.
Pros: staff was very professional,
Located along Añasco Bay in Rincon, this boutique-style resort is within 10 km (6 mi) of popular surfing beaches. Mayaguez Zoo is about 11 km ( 7 mi) away.

For casual meals, guests head to The Pelican Grill, an open-air venue offering hot dogs and other lunch fare. Alternately, Brasa's Restaurant offers fine dining both indoors and on the terrace. Families can request complimentary daily supervised activities for children ages 5-12 in summer and winter (weekends only during low seasons). Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout this resort.

Take in the views from the rooftop terrace when you stay at Cofresi Beach Hotel. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling are nearby. Conveniences like kitchens are in all rooms, along with living rooms and DVD players.
Pros: The hotel is inside the town proper in Mayagúwz Puerto Rico and features arquitecture typical of latinamerican towns in the beggining of the 20th centrury. It was quiet and beatiful, simple and elegant. It was not luxurious but it was worth the money spent. The hotel seems to have been initially intended for a monastery and repurposed into a hotel. It features a host of religious pictures and themes, however it is not the type of in-your-face setup that would really bother a reasonable individual.
Cons: The hotel does not have a lot of parking space, although did not have a problem finding a spot in an adjacent street. The room was small and would not recommend it for a prolonged stay or if you actually needed to spend time working inside the room. Additionally, the rooms seem not to have been designed with a bathroom in mind. Hence, the bathroom is very small and cramped. Nonetheless I am a big guy and could do everything, with the bath door closed.
Cons: You guys offer hotels of 3 Stars that is n reality 1 star
Sorry, but I waist my money.
Pros: Excellent unique hotel with a rich history.
Cons: Breakfast was typically terrible like every other american hotel.
When visiting Mayaguez, Hotel Colonial is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9 AM.
Pros: I love the place, its so quiet and peaceful. Love the room, king bed, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
Cons: No 24/7 room service or vending machines. No laundry room for guest. Waterside can get a little clean up.
Pros: Hotel is nothing like pictures. Foul smell coming from water kept us inside. No windows in room that were not nailed shut.
Cons: Coffee was ready but I couldn't have any because it wasn't served til 8. Had to pay 19$ for breakfast that was supposed to be included in room rental. No carpets in room. Cold dirty floors. Save your money here and stay at beachfront resort down the road. Outrageously priced dinner options....they think they are the 4 seasons. Very disappointing hotel stay
Pros: Nice place, great food, pretty nice people!
Cons: Parking space is out of the facilities and full of trees, but in general was a great experience.
Enjoy your visit to Guanica with a stay at Parador Guánica 1929. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Other features include a 24-hour fitness center and a children's pool.
Pros: I liked the location as it has the public square and several restaurants and bars nearby
Cons: I did not like the bad musty smell in the room and all the street noises are heard inside the room
Pros: Hotel is located in the historic Mayaguez downtown. It is next to the historic Mayaguez Cathedral built in the 1700's, La Plaza de Colon and a block away from bars and clubs. Hotel is historic as well, as the building used to be a monastery. Rooms are clean, very comfortable, and staff are very nice and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is mediocre, but right across the street is Ricomini Bakery, a Mayaguez favorite. Church starts ringing the bells every 30 minutes rather early in the morning.
Pros: It was located at a pinturesque spot on the town. The building has history. It had a unique architecture. The room was very comfortable. The parking was good.
Cons: Some corners of the building needed a little painting. The included breakfast was mostly a little snack. Sometimes there were hair in the bathroom after cleaning.
Pros: The service
Cons: Continental breakfast
Cons: Front desk staff did not have change available(coins), for laundry service.
Pros: The Staff was kind and helpful. The reservations process went smoothly, The location was great in the heart of town. Yes would recommend other persons to stay. Quiet and comfortable.
Cons: The smell of the room felt needed some freshening up. Strong damp and a bit dusty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper was hanging without the dispenser rod. Otherwise everything else was very good.

When visiting Cabo Rojo, Hotel Perichi's is a great choice to consider. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Steak N Sea, which serves seafood and is open for lunch and dinner. A poolside bar, a bar/lounge, and a children's pool are other features.
Cons: This place is terrible. Lines for check-in exceed 45 minutes due to slow staff and inefficient processes. People cut in line and this is tolerated by staff which makes those waiting have to wait even longer! I complained to Mrs. Garcia (event director and the Manager on Duty) and the next day, still no change. The rooms are run down and furniture came from the 60's. It is like staying at a Motel 6 built in 1960 that has not been updated in 60 years. Run down and old. I have stayed in hotels all around the world. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for service and comfort.
Cons: The worst hotel ever seen. dirty, old, and so expensive.
Please don't go there!!!!!!
A great choice for a stay in Mayaguez, Mayagüez Resort & Casino features a casino and puts you just 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from the airport. After hanging out at the outdoor pool or lazy river, guests can grab a bite to eat at El Castillo, which serves local and international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Cons: The hotel did not have a elevator, microwave or iron.
Pros: Loved everything.
Pros: Location. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach.Just an FYI comment: Stayed here in Feb 2015. Very quiet mid week this time of year (3 rooms were rented on Thursday night). Weekends are busy with locals of Puerto Rico (hotel was nearly full on Friday).
Cons: No glass in windows, instead exterior metal shutters, like blinds. This meant no sunlight if AC is on. Shutters didn't block noise, so dogs, roosters, cars, delivery trucks all made sleeping difficult.Hard mattress.I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Pros: Everything is near by.
Cons: The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was horrible, go eat breakfast at 'El Meson Sandwiches'.
Pros: Location, best spot in town
Cons: Hotel needs to be renewed overall to keep pace with time -2015!!!!!
Tienen restaurante con buenos precios y buen trato
Pros: El trato del personal fue excelente,la limpieza y accesibilidad a areas de entretenimiento
Cons: Me hubiese gustado que la habitacion tuviese cafetera
Pros: The rooms were clean the staff were very helpful night life was great the restaurant food was very good a special thanks to the girls thank you milsa you were great
Cons: I didn't like that there was no microwave to warm up my left over
It's like a boutique hotel with this great location in a very small village where locals and tourists meet to drink, go to the nearby beaches and taste the local food. Once you park your car there, no need to use it until you check out. Renting prices nearby compare with this hotel prices but they might not have place where to park.
Pros: In one word, location.
Cons: They can still improve. There's plenty of room for it. The staff is genuinely service oriented.
When visiting Boqueron, Parador Boquemar is a great choice to consider. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at La Cascada, which serves international cuisine and is open for breakfast. Other highlights at this Art Deco hotel include a children's pool and a terrace.
Cons: room cleanness, room condition, dirty hair in bathroom, staff is a joke, I will never visit this hotel again.
Adjacent to a golf course, Hotel Joyuda Beach is a great choice for a stay in Cabo Rojo. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Other highlights include a terrace and a garden.

The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Agua al Cuello, which serves international cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge, a terrace, and a garden are other highlights.
Take in the views from the rooftop terrace when you stay at Yukayeke Playa Resort. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the pool bar. Rooms feature kitchens and free WiFi.
Cons: The hotel is in a great location but very poorly maintained. No hot water and it looks kinda run down. Very noisy at night.
