I was very impressed. From the staff that checked in and out (was the guy that checked me in new? Keep him! Friendly. Knowledgeable.) the layout of the room, large tv, comfortable beds (IMO pillows were a little soft), cleanliness of room and facility, maintenance of room and facility was very good. Even the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were good quality and I am a conditioner snob.

When I wanted to change rooms during a 7 day stay, I was told they could not accommodate this request.
