Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable
Cons (-) Getting up and down the elevator took a long time because really only o r family at a time could ride in order to social distance. The stairs led outside. You need a stairway next to elevator that leads to lobby

Pros (+) The room is clean and the room is comfortable. There is staff at the front desk 24 hours which is very convenient.
Cons (-) There is no shuttle bus from or to the airport. The only shuttles go to Epcot and Universal Studio. AND the bus driver doesn't allow full-size stroller but only umbrella stroller. How much difference could it make? How much difference would it be if we signed up for one more person and leave the room for folded stroller?

Pros (+) The rooms were excelent with enought space to the entire Family. We are from Guatemala, with two kids, and the Most of the staff spoke us in spanish so the Language was not a problem.
