Overview

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village offers a great African escape within the Disney resort hotel properties. This unique accommodation was inspired by the African kraal, offering a horseshoe design with views of the surrounding savannahs, which are home to more than 30 species of African wildlife. There are animal programs and activities planned daily at this resort, which also features a variety of amenities, all just minutes from the Disney family of parks. Transportation is provided to all Disney theme parks, including Animal Kingdom, the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and more.

Kidani Village features a heated pool and playground area known as Samawati Springs Pool, which offers a 128-foot water slide, two whirlpool hot tubs, zero-entry pool, and a water playground area for kids. Sanaa, the on site restaurant, looks out over the savannah while serving up delicious African and Indian-inspired food along with traditional American fare. Guests can also visit Jiko, Boma, the Mara, and Cape Town Lounge and Wine Bar for other dining options. There are multiple pool bars available, as well.

All guests enjoy free WiFi throughout Disney resort properties, including Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village. Transportation services, including complimentary bus transport from Orlando International Airport, are available. Some transportation services may require an additional fee. Understaffed like most of Disney right now. Cleaned room every other day which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Staff at front desk was excellent however.
