Pros (+) Great Location and grreat staff. Although you were understaffed probably because of the virus scare. Workers had to really hustle and they did.
Cons (-) It doesnt look like Hilton has put very much effort in keeping this hotel updated and that reflects poorly on the cooperation because this is a premier location that you charge very high rates for. The landscaping was excellent and so was the cleanliness and service, but the facility seemed really dated.

Cons (-) TV was broken. TV spontaneously shuts itself off when tuning to certain stations. Could only get 3 or 4 stations, and the rest resulted in the TV spontaneously locking up and then shutting itself off. Didn't realize it until I was in my PJ's and it was late at night (too late to have someone come up to attempt to fix it). Didn't ruin my vacation, but was highly annoying to try to have dinner in be...

Pros (+) Perfect location with excellent transportation to all Disney locations.
Cons (-) Transportation had a couple problems. Wheel chair lift would not work one night when we left so the person needing the lift had to wait for another bus. Second day our return bus broke down at the pickup point but there was a replacement bus there.

Pros (+) Good Hilton quality as expected. Nice buffet.
Cons (-) Traffic in the area is ultra busy. Parking is $18! Also You'll get hit with a resort fee. I was there in business for one night, clearly the wrong choice for that.

Cons (-) When we booked, I added a separate name foir traveler staying in room 2. When guest arrived at hotel, they were not able to check in and I had to contact Expedia and after 15 minutes, the problem was solved. Also, I could have booked the room cheaper using Hilton Honors.
