Pros (+) Loved the food/meal/alcohol offerings in the cafe. Everything was clean. Great shuttle to Disney, close to parks.

Pros (+) Super close to everything. It had a park for kids and pool.
Cons (-) Card key at one point locked me put of my room after a long day in the heat with the kids. We spent 15 minutes stranded outside first the building and then our room waiting for security to show up and relay our room.

Cons (-) Couldn't stand the FAKE news CNN playing in the Lobby, will stay elsewhere next time.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and the decor was very nice, classy and up to date. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and very kind. I look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel.

Cons (-) That I had to pay $10 for parking. That is crazy. I never had to pay for parking at a hotel before.

Pros (+) Gorgeous grounds, great location, clean, spacious rooms. Highly recommend!!
Cons (-) Wasn't happy with the staff at the bar area. Waited over 20 minutes for service and it wasn't very busy. The bartender was very soft spoken and hard to hear.
