Agent at Avis in Lancaster airport was very confusing. Charged me for insurance, even though I had already purchased insurance through Allianz Global Assistanze from kayak website. Total went from $87 to $127. Called Avis and they did not offer a refund. They were okay with charging me for something I had already purchased. Car smelled like smoke, which was a lot to endure on a trip of 19 hours.8.0 Very good

I have looked into getting a RAV4 for myself and being able to rent one while on leave was wonderful.Cons:
Due to my career being Active duty military I was not able to rent the car myself. I do not pay for anything myself and could not show proof of a Bill. I also really have no reason to own a credit card at the time so I had to use my debit card. If this issue could be fixed that would be amazing.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Pickup and return went smoothly. Requested car type (minivan) was available and was perfect for our needs. Representative was very helpful and offered to remove seats if this would be helpful to us. He also went over a few features of the car and "walked around" the car with us to ensure that we were in agreement about any existing damage (which was only a minor scratch but was noted on the paperwork). I also was appreciative that I could leave our personal car there during the rental period and pick it up when I returned the rental. Price was good. Would definitely consider Enterprise the next time we needed a rental.Easirent
