Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, particularly highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of staff members like Gabi and Antonia. Cleanliness was another standout, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast received high marks for quality and abundance, while the pool was frequently described as clean, beautiful, and relaxing. The location was appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to attractions, though a few guests found it slightly remote. Some negative feedback included noise issues, mosquitoes, and occasional discomfort with beds or air conditioning, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
