bad choice you need to view room 31 described a junior double room with no access from one side of bed and no second side table poor pillows and no extra supplied room would not pass vetting if opening a new B & B this is a 4star hotel I have written to them .Small room is one thing but this room described as a double suite most misleading
that a double room should not have access to bed from both sides as one was right up against the wall - had to climb to get into far side - not good especially if you have to climb over someone in the middle of the night but one aspect Roll over and you hit the wall ....
Nothing - there was nothing outstanding for this hotel
Initial room too small for two people, oppressively hot with no thermostat, on opening windows found that the entire frames were covered in black mold. The bath/shower was ripe with mold. the plug in the sink did not fit properly. The TV was far from properly tuned to any channel. The upgrade still had problems and the breakfast was of a poor quality in our experience
its always comfortable, easy to park and close to my daughters' university accommodation
shower and bathroom a little small.
The room was so small and shower didnt work properly
i likked the hotel, the staff was very nice specially Nazareth at the reception.recommended place for bussiness travel
Atmosphere, scenery, presentation of meals + warm Staff
breakfast time could be more flexible (extended a little later)
This is a pleasant hotel set in wooded grounds in a convenient location on the Otley Road in Leeds. Easily accessed by public transport.
There was some noise in the corridor from some other residents late one night.
For us it was the proximity to the family that we were visiting
It was a bit noisy at night as our room was over the entrance and the hotel was busy with a big wedding. This was inevitable & no fault of the hotels
the view from the room window.went to relax for the weekend but it was really noisy.
Room was comfortable and breakfast good
I specifically asked for a quiet room but was given what must have been one of the noisiest on that night due to a wedding party. Wedding guests were on a patio area outside the bar just below our second floor window making a horrendous noise (chanting, shouting and singing) until at least 0300. If our room had been the other side of the corridor it would have been fine. We had to keep the windows closed to block out as much of the noise as possible making the room hot and stuffy. If there is a party on it would be sensible to give guests not attending the party rooms away from the bar and party room areas and rooms near those areas to the party goers! Also, the shower in the hotel was inadequate - so scaled up that only a trickle of water came out of it.
