7.5 Good
Pros: The setting was pretty beside the river and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking nearby was convenient.
Cons: It wasn’t actually in Leiria but in a tiny village a few kilometres away. Breakfast wasn’t great and although the restaurant setting was perfect the food was less so. I returned mine hardly touched and it never even raised a comment.
7.5 Good
Pros: If you are after a quiet, relaxed place, next to a river and a very rustic, close to nature environment, this is the place. It comes with a restaurant and a nice outdoors swimming pool. You are definitely paying for the privacy and quietness.
Cons: - No hot breakfast provided and it was clear that when we were the only guests in the hotel the breakfast was not as complete as in the day before, when more guests were around - We were asked to sit in a certain group of tables for breakfast (the others were "reserved" for lunch later on), which made it clear that this is a restaurant with a B&B, where diners are priority, not a B&B with a restaurant - A discount at the restaurant for guests would be nice - We had to request cleaning of the room, which was just cleaned once in 3 nights-stay (cleaners arrived when we were still in the room but did not ask what time would be most suitable to come back). It was clear that they just made the bed - rubbish was not removed nor towels were replaced. - Bed was comfortable and room is nicely decorated but a bin is missing in the bedroom, there were a spider and ants in the bathroom, the shower door didn't close properly, and the swimming pool and sunbath chairs were not exactly clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room. Personal attention from staff. Good breakfast. Restaurant with very good food. Well located to visit the various attractions in the area. Overlooking the river next to hotel.
Cons: No other eating possibilities close to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Situated in quite area by the river stream. Very clean rooms with an exceptional restaurant. Close to Fatima and can be a base to explore Portugal. Pool available for summer for kids to have a half day of fun.
Cons: None
4.2 Okay
Pros: The restaurant's food was delicious, with many regional specialities like goat stew and freshly caught skate plus local wines.
Cons: This is a family friendly place-many children and babies. The bed slanted, one blind could not be opened, no shampoo in the shower dispenser, very small room and bathroom (we were in the room next to the pool). Hotel was 9km from Leiria in the middle of nowhere.
7.9 Good
Pros: Bedroom was excellent - spotless and modern. The restaurant looked good and was full the evening we arrived and the following day when we left. The swimming pool looked good. Could keep our room until 12 noon. Good breakfast. Quaint, quiet, out of town location.
Cons: No kettle in bedroom. Restaurant was full and all restaurants in walking distance were closed (Saturday evening). Had to use the car to find somewhere to eat. Eventually found a restaurant 1.5 miles from our accommodation (direction Leiria).
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean facilities
Cons: No wifi middle in nowhere some machine made noise all night

6.7 Good
Pros: Good friendly service in the restaurant, excellent food, house wine good. Lively, obviously appreciated locally for its food. Pleasant eating space outside by the river. Nice quiet pool. Centrally situated in the small town of Cortes for sightseeing all around, Fatima, Batalha, Leiria, Alcobça, Porto de Mos, caves etc. Well run by Rodolfo Fetal who just celebrated his 30th birthday. Will definitely go back.
7.6 Good
Pros: Everything was great. The owner and staff make everybody feels like its their own home... They are always aware of little details, for example, sunday was rainning a lot and when we got out of our room there was a umbrella there on the counter waiting for us... The place itself is lovely, the presidential suite is awesome, its apart from the rest of the rooms, giving you a lots of privacy. a very good restaurant awesome and well presented food :) The best weekend I spent this year :)

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel room was simple, but it was an easy walk to the center of town and there was convenient indoor parking next door included with our room. The desk staff was helpful with recommendations for where to eat.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The gentleman at the front desk when checking in and out was very helpful and friendly, and gave us great advice and directions to get around the town. The pequeno almoço in the morning was good, too!
7.9 Good
Pros: staff
Cons: breakfast, need to improve
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great experience! The stuff is very friendly and helpful, location is perfect and the rooms are super clean and comfortable! It is an amazing place to stay! Thank you all for receiving my family in your hotel during my wedding celebration, they just loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Price, Staff! Bang For Buck...Best In Leiria, I.M.H.O.
Cons: Room For Improvement...Breakfast Buffet...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing value for money, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had to check out at 6 AM, breakfast officially starts at 07:30 AM. The girl at the reception offered immediately to give us a cup of coffee and something to eat, even though it was not the official breakfast time. These small gestures go a long way :)
Cons: Overall it is a great value for money, however, the only thing we would expect and didn't get for this price would be some extra amenities in the bathroom (i.e shower soap). Other than that, it would be unfair for us to expect anything more for this price.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great position, very close to the center, nice and super clean room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room is great for family with small children. Staffs are very nice. Location is great. My room has an excellent over the town. The balcony is very comfortable to hang out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was amazing!
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel has the private free closed parking. The hotel is quite close to the center of the city. So you can go on foot to the restaurants.
Cons: The room was tiny. It seems like 9 m2. No fridge. We wanted two separated beds but every time we returned to the room the beds were together. The beds are very consumed. It’s difficult to breathe without an open window. When the window is open we heard the noise from the street all the time. The breakfast is very simple. The water is tap water. The juice is not natural juice. The croissants are pure quality. The coffee is pure quality. The only thing I liked at breakfast is yogurt and one type of cake. You can choose this hotel for one night stay.

7.1 Good
Cons: The bed was terrible.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: excellent hotel in Leiria.
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Cons: No instruction was in/around the safe box in the room. One has to look for it. If not, one can’t use it. In fact I found out my friend in another room had to carry around valuable such as passport. It can be made readily available, ie easy to be found where the safe box is placed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is right off the highway and on a main street, but there is free on street parking outside the hotel. 15 min walk to downtown. Felt safe/suburban. Staff is great. No conceirge, but check-in people gave good recommendation for dinner. Rooms are very modern and clean.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't good. Coffee is horrible. quality of the food isn't good. B-fast help don't really care about being there. Unfortunately the castle was closed for renovations. That was one of the main reasons we made a stop in the town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant interior Fine beds and bathroom Kind staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, quite hotel. Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly rastr breackfast, professional and kind stuff, beautifull room.
Cons: No idea.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I think that for 100 bucks you can’t beat this hotel! Rooms were spacious, garage for car costs only 5 euro per night and elevator goes straight there without stairs or steps, great overall!
Cons: A bit far from city center
6.3 Good
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean as to be expected.
Cons: The location was shown to be .4 from the town centre, what it did not say was you had to cross some very busy roads and a semi industrial area and open market area with nothing to commend it. The room was advertised "with balcony", turned out o be 1.0 mt x 1.5mt of an open grill wedged between two walls to stand on and the one above the same, no shelter from rain , also ladies standing on the upper one with skirt would be placed in a difficult situation. To call this a balcony in the normal hotel sense of the word is a travesty . It would also be good if the reception staff had a list of restaurants in the area and their opening days , level of quality and type of food.

Pros: The location is very central. Parking deal with Saba parking right opposite - cheap and convenient. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very clean. Great value for money.
Cons: The little street was noisy with bars, people, restaurants until 1-2 am (Friday night), so if you are looking for peace and quiet this would not be your safe bet.

Pros: Nice rooms, hotel well located and clean. The breakfast was good as well.
Cons: The room didn't have a hairdryer, it's always good to have it when you're staying in a hotel. Also if you're going by car, there's no parking and you end up paying a fortune to park in the city center.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly, and it was the best location in the city. Parking was also "easy" to get nearby and there was a lot of good restaurants and services around.
Cons: Furniture and "infraestructure" could have been better and more modern. It was good though to see that they were investing in an elevator, big plus for the future as the reception is in the second floor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The style of the property was very unique to any that we stayed in Portugal. It was cosy, nicely decorated with fun colours and the feel was going well with the theme. For the price, it was steal!
Cons: Breakfast could be improved, the coffee was very average. Elevator was broken down.
