8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and availability of bicycles on house ....Well made house with amazing paintings and sculptures..Everything available in the kitchen for use .
Cons: The bed and pillow comfort and no fan /AC ...Both nights we had to rely on the open window and wind ..Though it was 18 to 20 degrees outside !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A lovely room in a house right by the park and overlooking the Abbey and ponds. The hosts Erik and Denise were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. This was our 4th visit to Leuven and we really wish we'd found B&B Park before now!
Cons: The bathroom(s) could have been a bit bigger (one en-suite and another just outside our studio door), but not too much of an issue. All in all it was an excellent stay.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked this guest house, a lot. It is in the historic centre and close to many tourist sites. When on holiday we prefer to stay in locally owned hotels rather than the big chains, and this hotel reinforced our decision. On arrival we greeted by Carmen, the owner, a lovely and charming woman. She carried our bags to our room on the second floor, despite our protestations to try and help her. My partner stayed in our room, but I had a cigarette with her in her charming garden. I felt I was talking to an old friend whom I had not met for many years. My husband also thought she was very charming, We stayed in the Isiah Room on the second floor. Both the room and bathroom were large, but watch your head on some of the beams. The bed was king sized with pleasant good linen. We felt the design of the room was fun, and it was very clean. Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV had many channels in different languages. When we stayed, Leuven was experiencing high temperatures, our room was hot but a fan is provided which helped. One tip, when in the bathroom, draw the window curtains. My partner enjoyed his breakfast, with plenty of local ingredients to choose from. On leaving we were given a hug by Carmen. If we are ever in Leuven we will come back, I suggest you need to forget the chain hotels and come here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff; great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great place to stay. Carmen was very helpful, the breakfast was great, the room was really good and on top of that the location is also really good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Carmen, the owner is warm and welcoming to her guests. She goes out of her way. The property is centrally located.
Cons: On some evenings, we could hear the loud sounds of voices on the street below, but this was only a little disturbing. Things were generally quiet after 8 pm!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, short walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was ok, coffee poor though. Parking place available.
Cons: I admit Belgium isn't a cheap country but value/price ratio for this location wasn't attractive.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location on the edge of the historic area and walkable from the train station (if your case has wheels!). A superb breakfast, once we'd found where everything was, delicious fruit, yoghurts, pastries, breads, cheese etc. Comfortable room and an interesting ecclesiastical theme in the place as it had formerly been the pastor's house. Very friendly, helpful and informative host - her advice helped us explore the town well in the short time we had.
Cons: It would be nice to have a bit more privacy from the buildings opposite, especially in the bathroom, without having to draw dark curtains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was varied, sufficient and very tasty. It filled us up for the morning! And the location was so handy to visit the town centre and other sites. being able to park the car securely was important.
Cons: We hadn't booked longer!

Cons: Nothing

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to explore the town centre by foot. Spacious room/studio
Cons: The room overlooked a busy shopping and pedestrian street. During the night it could get a bit noisy but I suppose that's inevitable with all hotels located centrally in town.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It was too hot and humid and I couldn't sleep at night no air conditioner.
7.0 Good
Cons: I’ve stayed here before but this time it was extremely noisy. I can a baby in the room next to me crying and there were a group standing in the corridor late talking loudly. The walls are quite thin so when there is more than 1 person in the room you can hear a lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything, the location most of all. Really easy to find, staff very nice, very comfortable and clean!
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Having to park the car on the street, then having to go in, check in and receive the key for parking. Bit cumbersome
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was large with kitchenette and desk. Bed was quite comfortable.
Cons: They could have had a bath mat in the bath room. Also the kitchen had no coffee maker of any kind. It would have been nice to have at least salt & pepper in the kitchen along with a sponge for cloth for dishes and a dish towel. It was in the city so a big noisy at night with a vibrant young life.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Appartement was not properly cleaned; arrangement did not really correspond to the pics / description. Tiny bathroom for a 3-/4-bedroom. Some more basics for coffee/tea/sugar/creamer would be perfect.

7.0 Good
Pros: Literally next to the station and the old parts of the city in walking distance.
Cons: Charged right after reservation was made though conditions said payment on arrival. Refunded after complaint, then overcharged when payment was finally taken. Rooms not available at time promised.Staff could be more professional, at least smiling. Beds show signs of tear and wear. A fridge would be welcome at a hotel of their standard.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room differed from the pictures on booking, I chose the room with one bed, in reality there were two beds moved together. I checked in around 10p.m so at the day of arrival I asked to check out late as well, the reception worker said it wasn’t possible, then the room itself wasn’t illuminated fully, there were no bathrobes and bathroom accessories as a toothpaste, toothbrush and etc. just nothing but the reception worker told me it was according to the rules, which is lower than 3 stars hotel. As far as breakfast is concerned: the reception worker has informed me that it is till 10:30, however when I came there next day at 10:00 the waiter told me they close at 10:00, obviously they did not add any products and the choice was super poor, when I asked again what was the exact time for breakfast at reception, they could not find an official proof of the schedule. After the breakfast I tried to sleep and two times different workers tried to approach my room and were knocking continuously, which is not normall in my opinion. Very dissapointing experience at park inn in Leuven. Not my first time in Radisson and this time it was a very negative experience.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: If you are traveling to Leuven by train, the location is absolutely perfect.. and it really is just a 10-15 minute stroll into the centre :) Breakfast was really good! Freshly made and well managed, even on a busy weekend morning. Congrats to the staff!
Cons: As others have mentioned, the bathroom and the toilet are separated. This is actually fine, but I would really hope for a washbasin in the toilet to wash your hands. Some of the room furniture was looking a bit worn out and it would have been great to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The thing that we did not like is the presence of the toilet which was separate from the showroom and the sink.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For anybody arriving by the direct trains from Antwerp, Brussels or Brussels Airport the hotel is next to Leuven Station. The receptionist was very helpful and the breakfast was available from 06.30 Monday to Friday and 07.00 at Weekends. The room was a twin with ample space, a chair to sit in to read and another at a desk. The Shower is a good size walk in with room to clean yourself. A washbasin is in the same room. The toilet is in a separate room. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: My one complaint was the lack of anywhere to place underwear or other items that did not go on a hanger. There was a number of hangers for coats and shirts, pants etc, but nothing for items you would put in a draw. In fact there were no draws in the room and I had to leave some items in my case and open/close it each day.

Pros: Great breakfast, great location, really amazing! I would book it again... for people who cant walk good should avoid this hotel as you have to walk a lot of stairs
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good Breakfast, Friendly efficient personell, Clean room and bathroom. Location was good, especially if you arrive by train (accross the square from the station)
Cons: No airco - It was 39C and we only had an electric fan- Very bad nights sleep. Room was up 5 flights of stairs in that heat with no lift - Definately not recommended for someone with problems climbing stairs - There were rooms on lower floors, but were more expensive.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location for all travellers and particularly those without a car being directly opposite the train station, it is attached to a good brasserie and within a short walking distance from the town centre. 9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel perfectly located close to the train station. The rooms are big enough a little old but in good shape. The breakfast is in a really nice room and absolutely great.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast and excellent location.
Cons: No lift and narrow staircase. Small room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I always stay here when I need to spend a night in Leuven for work. It is hard to beat this place in terms of value for money. The breakfast is an absolute bonus too.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fabulous, variety of foods, sausages top class!
Cons: room was a bit small and cramped but still value for money
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with wide variety to choose from!
7.5 Good
Pros: Outstanding breakfast.
Cons: No lift. Advertised facilities they hadn't got. No tea/coffee-making facilities, TV did not work (and they knew it had been like this some time). The focus seems to be on the restaurant, and not the hotel. The receptionist said there wasn't an iron for guests, but when I asked someone else they produced one at once from a cupboard next to them. The other lady clearly just couldn't be bothered.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to train station. It's right on a square and you go into the restaurant to check in. Staff is very friendly. Our room was in the back and very quiet. Great lighting in the room and lots of outlets. Shower and toilet worked well. Breakfast was very good with a big variety of both hot and cold options, including nice fruit. Wifi worked well.
Cons: No air conditioning, but there are screens on the windows. Room and bathroom quite small, but consistent with the low price. Small stains on the carpet and on grout in shower, but clean overall. Some stairs to go up.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the station but not far to walk to the centre. There was the possibility to eat.
Cons: Although not a problem for me , people with walking difficulties would struggle as there is no lift.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, breakfast and staff...
Cons: I missed an air conditioning machine or at least a fan in the room, during those days Leuven reached 38 degrees, the room was burning. Despite of great hotel!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff is friendly and always there to assist you! The breakfast is always with variety choice and make me full for the whole day!
Cons: No elevator, but the staff is friendly to help you with luggage so it’s not a problem.

6.8 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: A reception girl yelled at me for walking through the common area for getting water while she's doing cleaning...even continued yelling and blaming after I said "sorry.."
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to the central station and perfect for one night at the Rock Werchter...the staff was really kind.
Cons: No electrical outlets near to the beds. Bathroom and toilet are separate by floors so to start the day you have to go all over the house. Showers can improve the cleanliness as the rooms too.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Late check-in was no problem. Good value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were very welcoming
5.8 Okay
Pros: Is really close to the train station so it was perfect for my propose...the crew at the reception was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: There are no electrical outlets close to the beds, bathrooms and toilets are separated therefore you need to go all around the house to start the day...showers were not draining properly so it was like a pool and sometimes they smell like pee...rooms are good but they can be more clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had booked 1 night, then decided to extend my stay by a 2nd night. Since my first booking was a "no change" booking, I had to make a 2nd booking for the 2nd night. They could manage to book me in the same room without any problem. Well appreciated Very comfortable bed. Shared bathroom but small sink in the room comes in handy
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The girl at the reception was superfriendly and efficient, and the common area was very cosy. Also, it is near the city center but situated in a very quiet street. We finally booked an extra night and they gave us the same room, making the check out-check in process really smooth.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good location, nice and clean.
Cons: Breakfast is poor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s 5min walking to the City Center
Cons: Many stairs

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect. A few steps from the maIn touristic attractions, bars and restaurants. We needed to have breakfast earlier than the starting time and their organised it for us.
Cons: The shower cabin was broken and the door to the bathroom was damaged. The parking is 500 mts away.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly people working there! The breakfast was very good and the Hotel literally is in the middle of the city - you couldn't be more central and you can reach everything by foot!
Cons: Its rather loud because its surrounded by clubs and bars. Not the Hotels fault, but it was tough to get a full night of sleep.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Iconic, central, friendly, clean.
Cons: Old, carpeted, no shower curtain, noisy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, clean rooms, good beds, elevator. Good price.
Cons: You must sleep with a closed window, the party street is around the corner, and the place need some renovation. Elevator doesnt work at night.
7.5 Good
Pros: It think the breakfast was very good, better than most of the hotels, is my experience.
Cons: The sometimes slamming doors when I am inside my room, however not in the middle of the night. The hard music played from those cafes on the corner till 01:00.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The position really in the centre
Cons: They did not offer the basics... no shampoo... no shower gel... small towels.... not a balance between price and offer
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This place is really in the center very near to all the restaurants and bars.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely. Excellent location.
Cons: Close to the open plaza where all the bars are so bring ear plugs for sleeping.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice but quite basic hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Considering the very reasonable price it's good value for your money.
Cons: It was pretty noisy at night since there are quite a few bars and clubs in the immediate vicinity and the room didn't have soundproof windows.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, at the heart of this charming town. The hotel is in a historic, well maintained and modernized building. The staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you!
Cons: The closest longer term parking is the Q-Park Healing Heart parkade, about 0.4 mile from the hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick incheck, sofas in de livingroom
4.3 Okay
Pros: Everything was provided, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge.... The cooking corner is small, but functional. The living room is all new, nice parquet, comfortable sofa and new furniture. It was all fairly clean.
Cons: Shabby and run down. Wall paper falling off the walls. There is only one usable window in the living room, the others are only small slots full of dirt and mould. Anyway if you open the windows, you get infested by mosquitoes. There is no circulation of air, so it is all humid, stuffy and smelly of mould.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Complex check-in, poor quality furniture, hot water stopped after 4 minutes, poor quality towels, insufficient lighting.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location and the price
Cons: The Wifi was terrible and the hot water was bad
7.5 Good
Pros: The apartment was located under 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It was easy to collect the property keys on arrival, we received the instructions by email a week before. The apartment was clean, basic amenities.
Cons: The lift stopped working on the day before our departure. We contacted the management by email but nobody responded. The stairs were narrow and we had to bring our luggage from the 4th floor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean and nice apartment all the facilities where properly working except from the bathroom's light.
Cons: the light from the bathroom was not working
8.8 Excellent
Pros: close to the station and supermarket. so you can cook. good!
Cons: no electric fan.....
6.3 Good
Pros: It was cheap. I liked that they had a lot of dishes.
Cons: They didn’t indicate how to get in touch with the host and the power went out on my third day. I had to email twice for it to be dealt with. They switched the electricity back on and just left the breaker area open as if to show me but I never received an email or any indication. In the initial email I also requested that I get more toilet paper and a new coffee jug because the one they left was cracked. There was no nothing dealt with. I needed to send another email asking for this to get toilet paper. I had to tack down a cleaner to get the jug. Some other observations: the thing holding the handheld shower part was broken and left. There were various things that were broken cracked or had mold. This would have been fine had the other throngs not happened.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The appartment had plenty of space, large windows, a proper bedroom, a cosy living area and an equipped kitchen. Check-in was a breeze although there wasn't anyone attending (there's no reception desk). The location is fantastic with the main shopping street of Leuven just a few meters away and the railway station just a short (less than 10 minutes) walk through the lovely city center.
Cons: The place is a little run-down: the lift can be a bit jumpy, the shower cabin showed traces of mould, the curtains were not so fresh and a couple of things like the window lock and the shelf in the shower could use repair. This could be improved but the place was clean and everything in it worked just fine. All in all, despite these (very acceptable) imperfections, the place was great value for the money we spent compared to a boring hotel room.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Windows in one bedroom could not open on a hot night. No locks on toilet and bathroom doors (there were four of us). Washbasin plug did not work. Unable to empty basin, except by slow seepage.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good as close to bus station as we were attending Rock Werchter.......only good point.
Cons: This property was not worth the money!! 1. No lightening outside property, alley up to property pitch dark, felt very vulnerable as 2 females. 2. Room and bathroom filthy......had not been cleaned.... months of dust under beds......and would never have used the kitchen
