Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely b&b. It was very clean and fabulous location away from the busy area of Bellagio, yet close enough to enjoy the activities and shopping there. Our room had a beautiful outlook with French doors and we could park our car in a garage. Luigi and his wife were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The pool is such a bonus with a view over the lake. We highly recommend it and would love to go back one day.

Pros: Brilliant hospitality and a peaceful place to stay. Stunning views which take your breath away! People we met at cherry en rose have been here twice before! The hosts are super helpful and we will miss them a lot. The breakfast is home made and tasty.

Pros: Cleaning , location ( near the bus station and ferry pier ) , staff , breakfast , the lake view...everything was simply amazing ! Definetly a place where i wanna go back to ! If visit Como , stay here !!!

Cons: We happened to travel there when heat wave hit. +35-40c was a bit too much during the nights since rooms didn’t have fan or air condition. Our mistake but I told owner that maybe investing few fans on the roof would make sense..

Cons: It wasn't a good value for money. For the price >600 Euros per night, one would not expect hard foam pillows, and poor housekeeping

Cons: breakfast is terrible! its so simple, yogurts are only one type. no vegetables at all. the toasting mashine is broken. when you pay 500eur for the night you expect to get simple fried egss. but you are charged 8 euros for 3 fried eggs.

Pros: Perfect location we were fortunate to be situated in the new building on the lake with breathtaking views of the lake. Lezzeno is only a short distance from the buzzing town of Bellagio situated on the point between its three branches. It’s also not so far from the town of Como.

Pros: We were both so impressed by this hotel - it exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. We would happily have paid more! The location of the hotel on the lake was perfect and the view from the deck was beautiful. We both enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding (both of which were free to use) and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The breakfast in the morning was always fresh and there was a wide selection to choose from. We ate at the restaurant every night as we felt no need to go elsewhere - great food and a beautiful view! The bus stop was right by the hotel and the ferry stop was 5 minutes down the road. The ferry's are regular enough and easy to use - we managed to see much of the lake using them. Lezzeno has the benefit of being close enough to the main sights and with a ferry stop but comes with none of the crowds. The rooms are clean and fairly basic but have all the amenities you need (including a powerful hairdryer!). The hotel has a lovely family run feel to it and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. We'll definitely be back!

Pros: Beautiful views from our hotel rooms (we had 2 for other family members) rooms were spotless and décor was charming. The breakfast room was the best I have had. The staff was the most helpful and all so nice. The restaurant food and wine very good.

Pros: The location was beautiful, facilities excellent, free kayaking. Two of the bar men were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Cons: There were a couple of members of staff that were less than helpful, every time we asked anything it seemed like it was a chore, they were also extremely rude to a friend I was travelling with. Customer service would have to be vastly improved for me to return.

Pros: Good value for money for this location The restaurant was amazing, good food and good wine. Friendly staff at the breakfast. Enough parkingspace which is really hard to find around. Room had enough space and bathroom was rather new.

Pros: Superb location right next to the lake. You can jump right or swim a large pool alongside the lake. Very good restaurant with lake view terras. Simple but clean room, bright and spacious. Ours had beautyfull lake view. Also loved the breakfastroom. Absolutely enchanted by the place. We ll be back.

Pros: The location is perfect! And the view which you have each second, is like you are in the perfect moment of your life! Relaxation on each step, wake up with a magnific view over the lake, hearing the sounds of waves, small ducks and swan. Is really amazin place to which we want to repeat the experience because it convinced me that is worth!

Pros: Fabulous property right on the lake with it's own little pebble beach. The owners kindly provided canoes and a huge floating mat which was great fun! Breakfast is very nice with selection of cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit and cakes. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and spacious, comfy bed as well which is not usual in continental hotels. We'll definitely be back and stay for longer than 2 nights, this place is amazing for relaxation and unwinding!

Pros: The Nest on the Lake is an ancient house from beginning 1800, directly in front of the Como Lake. Our flat (in fact all flats and rooms) was overlooking the lake. The view was stunning. Every morning, we had our breakfast at the patio in the shade of the wisteria. Access to the beach was possible directly from the B&B. The owners, Tino and Raffaela are very nice people and make you feel like home. They also have a nice restaurant very close to the B&B. Conclusion: we just liked everything and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Pros: The view was amazing and the apartment was very spacious.

Pros: Anyone traveling with a car better book this place! Parking is next to it and location is quite convenient. The B&B is very clean, newly renovated bathroom and has seriously stunning view of Lake Como. Costantino was very welcoming and gave valuable tips to go around Como. Highly recommended!

Pros: This property is well appointed for comfort and leisure, right down to the gracious hosts and marble-topped tables on the balconies over-looking the lake. By far, one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed at.
