Pros: The main house and carriage suites of The Empress of Little Rock were filled with history and charm. The luxury features in our suite such as the fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, aromatherapy steam shower, and balcony overlooking the Secret Garden provided a lovely respite from daily life! Our host, Webb, personified grace and charm as he welcomed us, toured the buildings with us, and treated us to an over-the-top breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean, very friendly staff, very nice room!
Cons: Sliding bathroom door with no way to lock it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The concierges at the front were always polite and helpful, the cleaning and breakfast ladies were also always polite and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a very pet friendly hotel, that we will definitely use in the future traveling with or without our pet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Your acting desk manager the evening we arrived and the morning we left was extremely friend and professional and multitasked in such a way that took care of a number of matters going on at the same time.
Cons: We wished that there was a hot breakfast offered like some of the other hotel thought the muffins and toast were good as well as the coffee
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is outstanding - in a residential area with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Great parking options and well lighted parking area. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable - including the pull out bed and it's dog friendly!
Cons: Everything was to our liking at the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean fresh and cozy
Cons: I liked all of it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the contemporary vibe of the room, lobby and breakfast area! Friendly staff. Nice room with lots of space to spread out in. Shower was nice and roomy with great water pressure. Great Neutrogena products. Breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety; and we love the long high-top breakfast table!
Cons: When we inquired about adding our stay to our HiltonHonors account at check-in, the girl at the front desk "didn't know" if they accepted that program(?!?). The shower faucet handle and soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower seemed cheaply made or simply not installed properly - the handle nearly came out of the wall when I pulled on it (trying to determine whether to pull out or rotate it to turn on the water; and the dispenser faces DID both come off when we pressed them to get the product out). Room 208 if management is taking notes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful stay! Excellent staff. Convenient location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean large rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Cool design and layout. Great location and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Oatmeal was awesome! Bed was so comfortable, we slept like logs.
Cons: The tile on the floor & in the bedroom looked very nice but it sure was cold to step on when one gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. That was the only thing that was not so good.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The size of our room was great but my son was not given the room we ask and it was smaller.
Cons: Our son came in Sat for a wedding. Both times we ask we were assured that he could have a early check in and be close to us. He was given a lesser room and did not get in till about 3:15 which made getting to the wedding VERY stressful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The amenities were excellent. The exercise facilities were nice and the complimentary laundry was very convenient.
Cons: There were not enough cooktops available so I couldn't cook, and there was a fire alarm at 3 am one morning and we couldn't get back in the room for an hour and a half. But we received half off the room for that night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and not over priced
Cons: N/A

My wife and I stayed in a King Suite and we couldn’t hear our neighbors or any other outside noise. It was incredibly relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were as well.

Pros: Upmarket, immaculate hotel. The beds were fantastic as was the swimming pool. The Servo next door was more of a mini mart, conveniently selling wine and meal options. The hot breakfast was great. Not cheap but highly recommended.
Cons: This hotel would be perfect if it featured a restaurant and bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Couldn't find anything that I didn't like about this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean!
Cons: The sheets weren’t new and fresh. A little worn, I could tell from the worn thread on the sheets. But I just turned them around instead of bothering the staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Bathroom smelled of mildew. A daily variety of different breakfast foods would have been nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really big gym space was awesome! There was plenty of space to do exercises in addition to just using equipment. Loved!! Also appreciated the security of having to use a key to enter any doors other than the front door.
Cons: I wished for a microfridge that had the little freezer. My travel freezer cubes for my cooler had to be refrozen in an ice bucket which didn't really work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staff. Lobby has big fireplace, couches and TV on the wall. Breakfast was good.
Cons: I was pleased with my entire stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Joceline Jones did a superb job of checking us in efficiently and giving us information on getting around. She later called me by name. Decent fitness center and outdoor pool.
Cons: Overhead manager raising her voice and speaking very harshly to one of the housekeepers. I believe there are more professional ways to approach staff issues. At least afford the person the courtesy of closing the office door. Later, as we were leaving, we witnessed an employee who had been fired being physically ejected from the building. The female who was fired was screaming and cursing and broke loose from the male employee who was trying to get her out of the hotel. This was unpleasant to witness and a bit scary because we had no idea what was going on. I do not know if the two events I just mentioned were connected, but one would presume they were.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was great... breakfast was ok.
Cons: Really nothing that we didn't like. We really liked the location. It was outside of the busyiness & traffic wasn't bad at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A totally pleasant experience!
Cons: No complaints at all!

5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff was outstanding!
Cons: Found a pair of men’s used underwear where our mattress met the wall. Outside of refrigerator was covered in little grape jelly hand prints. Wallpaper was peeling off in large pieces by bathroom sconce. Green soap dripping down outside of tub. Felt uncomfortably unclean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Only complaint was that they wanted us to pay a large fee for having a dog when we checked out. Which should have been discussed when we checked in or booked the room. Had to discuss it with the Manager as the person working the desk was not very friendly. Manager waived the fee
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady downstairs when we ate made the trip. She was so friendly, talked to everyone, full of energy. We loved her.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice overall, beautiful outside area with pool, ball court, and fire pits
Cons: Annoying that you need a key to use elevator
4.2 Okay
Pros: Fire pit bbq area dining area close access to river front
Cons: Our towels in our bathroom were dirty. Not enough pillows for 4 people not enough blankets . chipped glasses not enough dish washer tablets for a 3 day stay. The pool had sludgy bubbly gross stuff at the left ladder deep end it was dirty. Food bar Thursday broke down at 630 sharp! To high price for what you get. And not high standard's outdoor area needs umbrellas get blankets real blankets! Had to call front desk 3 times to get a blanket and 2 times for pillows asked for early check in but never got it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Location was fine for what we needed which was a downtown stay. It is close to the interstate so you can get out to the surrounding areas. The staff was fantastic - so much so that i wrote up 2 people on the hotel's "catch me at my best" cards.
Cons: I always stay at places that have free breakfast and honestly, I was not very happy with the food choices, presentation, and the fact that they were 'out of stuff' and 'expecting a delivery' for several days. The eggs had lots of chives in them (hard to get a kid to eat) and were the only egg option for all but one day. They ran out of granola, that my daughter would put on the plain yogurt. One of the waffle irons was broke. Also, they only had juice to drink - no milk? The breakfast area was very busy because of a large group staying there. Overall it was just adequate. Not enough paid parking in the garage at $9 a day.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The outside area was great.
Cons: The breakfast buffet did not have as much variety as others we have stayed at. We don't enjoy drinking our coffee in paper cups.
7.5 Good
Pros: The front desk staff and location were excellent. The food service staff was challenged way beyond what they could handle. They found it difficult to keep fresh coffee and water available. At breakfast they ran out of many items on a consistent basis. The food that they did have available was good to very good. Again, the food service staff did not seem to know what customer service is/was. LOCATION was wonderful.
Cons: See the comments above about food service staff. The hotel was dated. Had a real feeling of being an old property but in a great location. All the "security" pretenses were a real joke. I could access all floors of the hotel without using the "key in the elevator". So very easy to get around their security.

Pros: Breakfast was good but was a extra charge.

NOT good for the amount charged for our room I would expect a lot better!. Not even a pool!!

Pros: The hotel is very nice & the room was clean & comfortable. The location was great as well.

6.3 Good
Pros: Pet friendly and good location
Cons: Breakfast was terrible, food Bar was nearly empty. Pancake and juice machine were out of order. The Area where breakfast bar was located was very warm. Worker was complaining about having to work. No hot water and coffee was low. We ate left over pizza instead of this. And to top all this off other guest we’re making lunches for a ball team at one of the tables in the eating area. One of the dads were allowed to walk around without a shirt on with his shorts hanging down past half of his underwear.

7.5 Good
Pros: Gorgeous location, 3 minutes away from Little Rock airport, definitely convenient for people catching early morning flights after their late evening one has been canceled due to weather (......like me......).
Cons: Check out procedure: I booked it through booking.com, so hotel did not give me my invoice, pretending I was not the booker.....but they charged MY credit card..........
7.1 Good
Pros: nice suite
Cons: Updates need made to facility. Pool hours closed at 9 would be nice to move to 10pm. Eggs were horrible. Waffle maker was out of service.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff members, including front office manager Jamie Rice, were very helpful answering our questions about the area.
7.5 Good
Pros: There is good food but there was alot empty for the hot foods. We ate around 7:30.
Cons: In room 218 you could not walk around barefoot bc there was a huge wet spot in front of bathroom. Bc the vent on the ceiling located in front of the bathroom was leaking water. Which caused the wet spot. There was a mold smell bc of the leaking air vent. Bc of the leak the ceiling light beside the air vent had a strobe light effect. (Electrical shortage) Also no hand soap in the bathroom , the front desk was helpful. I told her about the light, water in the floor, and hand soap. She gave me 2 bars of soap and apologized about the floor being wet. She said she would take notes. The next morning when leaving the bathroom the water from the air vent fell on my coworkers face. That is how we knew the wet spot came from the air vent. Which is probably why the light has the strobe light effect. When checking out I informed the front desk clerk. She said she would take notes. I told her she should tell the manager. She apologized too.
