the hotel location is very good
the breakfast need have impvoment, ang the room is very small
The staff were very accommodating and the location was fabulous.
The walls are so thin you can hear every sigle noise from the all rooms next to you. I could hear every single word of one man’a conversation on the phone and another man coughing for over an hour. The walls are paper thin. I expecting a better breakfast at the hotel. There was a very small choice of food, bad coffee and the juice tasted like it had been made from sachets. The internet connection was very poor and kept on disconnecting while I was having phone calls or writing emails.
The staff we absolutely fantastic, really went out of their way to help. Breakfast was pretty good too!
The Hotel was nice and Clean and the location was very central, 5 minutes walk from London Victoria Train Station and 3 minutes in the Opposite Direction to Pimlico Tube Station. The Breakfast was Good and the Staff very Friendly.
The Room was small for 3, but I can’t really complain as it was very clean and had loads of clothes hangers which is always useful, the only other is that it has a 4 Star Rating and I’d say more 3 Stat at best, this is not a criticism because all was Good, it’s just if you were judging a hotel by its rating it wasn’t acute’
Location. Good Value
Breakfast was served from 7-9.30 what we weren’t told was it would be cleared away at 9.30am without even being asked if we had finished, we hadn’t even had our cooked food which was a real let down. Bathroom was very small.
The Best Western Corona is an elegant Victorian conversion, brings style and detail of yesteryear into the 21st Century, with all the convenience of having London on your doorstep (with none of the inconvenience of having the capital's sights and sounds right outside your bedroom window!) We have all the finishing touches leisure guests and business visitors could hope for, including electronic locks, dataports and free high-speed Internet via modem points. Although they aren't necessarily the biggest in the world, our rooms are first class in terms of comfort and coziness. Buckingham Palace and the Changing of The Guard is just a small march away, with the Houses of Parliament, Tate Britain the West End Theatres all competing for your attention just a few minutes away. With all this and more you'll love London. and we'll love having you here!
