Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions and helped us acclimate ourselves with the area. The assisted us with our bags and provided a very clean and beautifully decorated room with added extras including bottled water, tea station, and snacks. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of foods to choose from. It was absolutely delightful staying here.
The only downfall about this hotel is that the room was a bit small, however it is London and I suppose it will be hard to find spacious rooms anywhere you go there.

At a Best Western I expect to be able to eat a meal and have a drink, yet there was no resterant or bar.

Good tube connection.
room was rather small. electronic door didn t work. for 2 days. didn t even get a free coffee after waiting in front off our room for nearly 1 hour!!!!

“When you walk in you feel safe as there is hand sanitizer available and you check in using the nhs app also . Very friendly staff at the desk who will help in any way they can . Rooms cleaned to a high standard and comfortable beds . We stayed 2 days and asked for our room to be done on the second day too . We came back and it was clean tidy and just lovely . I would recommend this hotel not just because of the location but the staff too . Thank you for a lovely stay we look forward to coming back soon .”
