The room. Comforters. Staff in charge.
Tiny rooms great spot clean
Clean. Comfortable beds great location near 2 underground lines in a safe neighborhood.
Tony rooms, tint bathroom. Lack of hangers. Clips present but no hangers to go with them.
Very bad and poor hotel
I didn't liked anything in this hotel
Everything
Good during cool weather
The room was clean and not too small. Courteous staff even during a rush at check-in time. Location is good as it is close to a couple Underground lines and a 15 minute walk to Padington Station (where the Heathrow Express train ends).
No Air Conditioning. Room was on the 3rd floor and the heat was almost stifling. Surprising given outside the temps were only in the mid 70's (F). They provided a fan, which made it bearable. They also limited the amount the window opened, making it very hard to get in fresh air. I would stay there again, but only when it is very cool out.
City centre, close to London's main attractions.
Nothing ... except the "key" always failed! Not a big problem though.
The location of the hotel
The staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I was very disappointed. We also had no hot water so could not have a shower which was absolutely horrible and for this there was no apology when I mentioned it. Our luggage was not held at the hotel, meaning we had to make a very long and tiring journey on the tube from Oxford Circus and back to place our luggage at St Pancras which cost us more money and wasted hours of the few hours that we had. We booked a room with a double bed and it was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable! I am 20 years of age and have stayed in many hotels around the world and CP was the worst experience.
during our stay, we could actually hear the hotel guest in the next room snoring in the night as the walls are too thin. it was also quite noisy at night as our rooms were facing the street
Easily accessible from London Heathrow to Paddington (10 minute walk) and very good location for tubes into city centre or access to Kensington and Hyde parks. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel.
Bathroom slightly on the small side, and shower curtain leaked, but on the scale of things nothing major.
The location of the Hotel
No Clear Policy for the extension of the stay for few hours ( 1 or 2 hours ) , the evening shift told me yes its possible they might charge 20 pounds , but the morning shift refused and ask for one day full payment :( and one more thing i didnt like in the hotel , they refuse to store the luggage for 2 hours :(
The non smoking restriction
Nice tub, and was very accessible to the tube, nice bed and very comfortable stay.
Some of the wires behind the bed were still jutting out and should have been covered. The bathtub needed some repair work.
very good staff and location handy
double room supplied to small and no storage no climate contol as in cool air if required
breakfast was not so good
Looks nice, very good value for money, staff is very friendly
Rooms should be refurbished, double bed shouldn't be made from two single beds
