Staff. Not late check. Rooms were not ready till 4 PM
Clean hotel with mostly great staff
Pretty quiet so being able to sleep wasn't an issue.
Poor air flow/no AC or fan. Check-in sheet described a comp. breakfast, but my partner was somewhat rudely told we weren't included -- which, by the looks, didn't include much anyway.
Close to Underground
Tiny room and poor breakfast-cereal or toast. Close to Earl Court tube and on a quiet street. Budget traveler only, the single room was less than 2 meters across.
Location of the hotel was exceptional as it was right next to Earl's Court undergroundstation. Payment on arrival was handled smoothly.
Breakfast as a whole was nothing to compliment about. Breakfastroom was small and servings were minimal to say the least.
Great location, right next to Earl's Court tube station. Nice neighborhood. 24 hours reception.
No greeting upon arrival, just a simple "Name?". Staff seems like they couldn't care less. Window blinds were destroyed. When I asked the receptionist she said the handyman would repair it the following day. There was no repair. So we had to sleep in daylight. Breakfast was very simple, instant coffee. There are not enough tables in the breakfast room. Walls are thin. Room was overheated when we arrived. Wifi doesn't really work on the upper level. Beds are very soft. My back was sore.
This was perfect for a visit to Earls Court and the room was adequate for our one night stay
Good location. Helpful staff. Clean and warm rooms (a good thing in November).
Compact room for a family of four. Disturbing experience if you have noisy neighbors. Cheese would be good for the breakfast menu.
A pleasant hotel, room was small but fine, bed was good.. Beware though, breakfast really only provides the bare minimum, ie cereal, toast and drinks!
proximity to the underground.
building work taking place at present
Not much; the proximity to the tube station was an asset.
This is a hotel where you have tv in the room but NOT the remote control; in order to get it you are asked for £10 deposit. Window blind in my room was not possible to open; no daylight in the room.
The location is great and relatively quiet. The rooms are smallish but clean and confortable.
Having to leave a deposit for the remote control for the tv and having to ask for them everytime without being offerred it. Breakfast is basic but enough to fill up on. Some staff were great and some were pathetic and rude.
convenient location to tube, yet quiet hotel location I did not have breakfast and cannot comment on this
the single room was small but adequate for my purpose
Easy access to earls court station.
small shower, had to run downstairs to grab some soap from the receptionist
