The hotel is well located for walking and for taking the Tube. There are currently renovations to the outside so lots of scaffolding and some noise during the day only. The hotel is somewhat dated, except the glass lift, but is clean and the beds comfortable.
We were lucky to have a room with air conditioning, it would have been stifling without it. The shower over the bath required a very high step and wasn’t very safe.
No air con. The room was boiling hot.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. When asking to move rooms they were very accommodating.
The hotel is dated and is over due some TLC. During the warmer months it is extremely hot in the rooms as there isn't any air conditioning.
Old building old style furniture and rooms. Lift made you feel sick. No plugs by bed.
Room have no AC and were extremely warm. Even with outside temperatures being mild and window open.
The spacious guestrooms, including executive rooms are accessed by panoramic glass lifts and offer all the facilities one might wish for, including high speed internet access, satellite television, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, personal safe, iron and ironing board, trouser press and direct dial telephone with voice mail. The elegant restaurant and the Omega Lounge Bar are perfect places to dine and relax, providing a haven of hospitality away from the pace of the city. Purpose built conference rooms and syndicate suites all flooded with natural daylight, offer privacy and flexibility, catering for an extensive range of events. The Grange Fitzrovia represents a wonderful opportunity for the most discerning business and leisure travellers to the capital.
