Excellent Location!
The location is excellent, it is about a ten minute walk to Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. It is about a five minute walk to St. James Park and Parliament Square. I had a single room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom, though small - fulfilled its purpose. You have access to a common kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink.

The staff didn't seem to have a very nice greeting vibe.

The staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible
The rooms were old and extremely dirty. The carpets and furniture were covered in stains. Also I tried two different room and both had weird smells. Finally, the hotel is right in the center of a high volume neighborhood and this very noisy.
