Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which was convenient for sightseeing and public transportation. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the daily cleaning service. However, room size was a frequent complaint, with many describing rooms as very small and cramped. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several reports of unclean rooms and inattentive staff. Bed comfort was generally acceptable, though a few guests found mattresses uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and basic comfort, but improvements are needed in room size and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
