Room was tiny, far too small so that was a big disappointment
Great location in a quiet street, restaurants and shops nearby, very kind and helpful staff, evening turndown, our wish to have a nice view has been respected, beautiful breakfast room, we felt at home and I will come back with my family.
In our favourite area of London in Marylebone with its great shops, bars, restaurants and Daunt Books, we love it. The hotel's in a quiet street and nicely positioned for The Regents Park, tube and walking to central London. We booked a Courtyard room and although the room was as described, the room smelled of stale tobacco smoke, the courtyard area seems to be used as a smoking area. We requested a move and this was done, given a Superior room for the next two nights, which was ok and then upgraded to a Junior Suite for the final night - this was spacious with bath, shower, two TVs and comfortable seating. The reception staff were more than helpful and overall we had a good experience. Be aware though if you do not like stale tobacco odour, the Courtyard rooms will probably not be for you. We did not eat here, we like to use the many great food outlets close by although the hotel Lounge is comfortable. Good night's sleep in comfortable beds. Full range of TV channels including Sky Sports. We'd stay again.
Only real fault the disappointment of the Courtyard room. Slow lift.
Not the hotels fault but some of the guests behave in an inconsiderate manner to others. Banging doors and playing music at 3am. Perhaps Staff could do more to ask customers at check in to respect other guests .
Perfectly situated for a night in London. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff had left a card and a bottle of fizz on our arrival. We had some bar food, which was good. And a great breakfast too. Rooms were good.
Nothing... very happy.
