Public transportation Hub
Easy access to Tube station. Near several no-frill, but quite tasty restaurants that were quite economical by London standards. Daily free breakfast was nice, but is pre-set as to portions served.
Public telephones are few and far between. Hotel does not have room phones, are even phone you can use in office area.
It's location,it's helpful staff,comfy bed,warm room.
It was difficult for me without a lift.
Perfect location. Just opposite to the king's cross railway station and the underground. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
Rooms are narrow and beds are small. Not a good bargin for the price offered. Anyway, it is London, so you cannot expect anymore!
Location (it was really near to St Pancras/King Cross Station), great english breakfast, free wifi.
There´s no elevator, the smell of the room was not good, the mattress was awful.
Location was pretty good for walk/tube to City for work. Location was surprisingly quiet. Room was obviously refurbished recently, very clean and fixtures in good repair. Free Wi-Fi was of a good standard.
Charged for using a debit card (I.E. not a credit card). Noise of TVs from other rooms (all night one night - I.E. when no reception staff). Flagrant disregard of No-Smoking rule in other rooms. In Room sink hot water wasn't regularly hot.
good basic accomodation with good access to main line and underground stations.Friendly morning staff.
Could have done with the heating on a bit more often, especialy when cold and wet outside and wet clothes,When the heating was on it was no more than just a background heat. not very good for a November visit
The hotel was well located, provided what i needed in my very short stay in London.
The room was much smalled then what i expected from the photos, although i didn't need much more than that. Only had a few hours in London, including the night sleep... :)
Location - easy access to central london
