Excellent
All staff were excellent & obviously hand picked.Everyone had a very pleasant attitude & great personality. Our room was comfortable & having the small kitchen was a bonus , not to mention free Wifi.
Considering the value for money this hotel represents there was nothing to complain about.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice mini-kitchen, superior bathroom, excellent location just minutes from Earl's Court tube station. Very courteous staff.
Room a bit cramped; could open suitcase only on bed. No breakfast facilities.

Base 2 Stay is conveniently located just a block from Earls Court tube station, a block to a grocery store that is open late and just a block to many very good restaurants. Plus they have coupons for some nearby restaurants that were really delicious and made the bill a little less painful. London is an expensive city so every bit helps!
The room was quite tiny and it was hard to use the small kitchenette. Plus it didn't have anything to clean the kitchen items with and I didn't think to pick any up at the store so we ended up using tissues and one of the hand towels from the bathroom.

Everything was crisp, clean and well-designed. For the price, and based on the name of it (sounds like a text message) I thought it would be more low-class. I was pleasantly surprised!
There was a brief period of no hot water, which coincided with when I had to take my shower, which was quite uncomfortable on a cold, rainy day. I already informed the hotel about it though, and the manager got back to me with a nice email and apology for a brief boiler issue. They addressed the issue quickly and professionally.
