The beds were comfortable and room decor was nice however they missed the mark in terms of boutique experience. For example, no lotion, shower cap and complimentary toiletries in bathroom. We heard a lot of noise- we were on first floor- although it didn’t interrupt our sleep. The breakfast in the pub was fine but it wasn’t the most sanitary place.
