The lady in charge of the reception is a nice, professional and beautiful person . Thanks a lot Mimi for your welcome .
The breakfast was outstanding. You can choose English breakfast or continental one.
The toilet in our room wouldn't flush properly.
Excellent value for money! Really kind and friendly staff.
No elevator, but one of the staff carried my suitcase up the stairs for me.
A very convenient location on Spencer Road on the Waterside end of the Craigavon Bridge. The room (a double for single occupancy) was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also adequate and clean. The well appointed dining room which I only used for breakfast is spacious and well set out. The breakfast is what you would expect, a good Ulster fry to set you up for the day. The property is next to the Iona pub (same business). I did not find the bar too noisy while in my room. Would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone spending a few days in Londonderry
Nothing. It does not market itself as a top range hotel so accept it as a mid range price B&B
The walk from the b,b into Derry
The room we had is badly needed up dated, very busy road at the front very noisy couldn't shut the window as room to warm breakfast room is very depressing badly needs decorated the staff are friendly enough won't be back to Iona b,b
A stay at The Iona Inn places you in the heart of Londonderry, within a 15-minute walk of Derry City Walls and Tower Museum.
