I'll be back Pros: Pet friendly
Creative room layout
Easy access to other LA areas without having to get on the highways
Fun nightlife in hotel
Convenience of a great restaurant and bar within the hoteliCons: I had a leak through the ceiling of my shower for my entire visit. After several attempts to resolve the problem, the problem persisted causing the bathroom floor to constantly remain very wet.
Pros: The view was great. Comfortable beds. The look of the rooms/ hotel was hip. Helpful and friendly staff. Cons: Some of the fixtures in my room didn't function properly.
Pros: Unique features with hip atmosphere. Very clean and location was great. Cons: I had to change the room because it was next to the gym. My bed kept vibrating every time someone was using the gym. Also, the floor near the door way was wet throughout my stay. I don't why though.
Pros: Loved the giant windows!
Very clean and comfortable rooms
Commissary is beautiful
Allowed for a great taste of KoreatownCons: The features at the hotel were overcrowded by people not staying there which made it hard to want to use them.
Location, Quality, Trendy, AwesomePros: Lived in K-town for 4 years and left 10 years ago.
Even though area has changed a bit, love the area.
Lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, nightlife.
The hotel is trendy, urban and a great overall feel.
Cons: I wish they had specials more often.
Pros: I really thought the staff was really nice and very helpful even with young kids it was a fun place to stay
Pros: The Commisary staff, environment, and food were amazing. The room itself was well designed and had amazing views. Valet was quick and attentive. Cons: The elevators were slow and crowded. The brass handles in the shower were molded and rusty. The mattress was one of the worst I've slept on. The rooms were missing essentials like a coffee machine and toothpaste. I would have rather had both than the optional t-shirts for purchase.
Love love loved the linePros: Everything about the line was excellent!!
stale airPros: staff was nice bed was comfyCons: didnt sleep all night because of the air filter in the room hadnt been cleaned since the hotel was open and got a bloody nose at 4am because the air was so stale, fan didnt work, etc. now am so sick because of it
Pros: - awesome staff!
- awesome location
- bar (Line bar & Break Room 86) - both popping places to check out; especially taking advantage of the location since its right under our rooms!
Pros: I like the proximity to the subway and the modern design of furnishings and finishes.Cons: I was disappointed by the view from the eighth floor east end, which overlooked the rooftop of the apartment building next door--and almost into the windows of the apartments. Also, the desk chair was too low because of broken springs, causing the cushion to sag.
