Not happy with the staff at all. Rooms smelt of DT and toilet or water was not working. Rama was unhelpful and wasted our time.

I noticed that the prices fluctuate a lot day by day (which I understand is usual). I would have loved to stay at this hotel longer for the same price I paid for the first 3 nights. I asked the front desk if this was possible and I called Hyatt global explaining my situation (as I have another 13 nights to spend in Ludhiana, India) however it did not work out for me, unfortunately. Consequently, I checked out and relocated to a different 5-star hotel in the area for a cheaper price. Other than that, my 3 nights here at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana were fantastic! Really glad to be a part of the World of Hyatt program as an Explorist.
