Pros (+) Staff was attentive and responsive from check-in through check-out.
Cons (-) While I was there during winter season, the AC was not functioning (possibly just turned off to reduce electric usage) and as a result - the Room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. In addition, while the room was overall clean, the sheets, pillow covers etc. were pretty soiled looking and definitely made for a cringe worthy night for someone who expected decent level of cleanliness.
