9.0 Excellent
Cons: The ski passes they printed for us at the hotel di not work properly and we had to waste time trekking to the ticket office 3 times in 3 days to deal with your crappy lift tickets system.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The waiter at the restaurant. Food was horrible.
Cons: gum squshed in the shower faucet and it stuck in my hair all they did was say sorry. guy came to clean the rest off and didn't do it so I had to clean it. Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Hairdryer didn't work. Pool in next building had to run cold/wet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the amenities including the outdoor pool & nightly bonfire with s'mores.
Cons: The gym didn't open until 9:15 which was very inconvenient. Typically hotel gyms are 24/7 or at least open very early such as 5 am.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location.
Cons: Far, far too expensive for the amenities, which included a room without sound proofing, a tepid hot tub and a smallish outdated television. I have stayed in beautiful rooms in San Fran and Europe for less.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: The one and only complaint is the pillows in our room were a bit stiff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the mountain and race quarter, restaurant on cite, free shuttle to gondola.Eliminate the logistics of driving, parking etc.
Cons: Expensive for just double room w/o breakfast
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Restaurant was under staffed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and beautiful location.
Cons: I didn't like that there wasn't front desk staff on round the clock. Apparently from 10 pm to 8 am there is no one there and I had a problem with some loud guests next door and didn't have anyone to handle it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was good size. The front staff was very pleasant. The food was good.
Cons: Some mildew around bathtub. The dining room was understaffed. They did get a wrong order on our dinner. They also inadvertently charged us twice for dinner on our room bill.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hi! I really appreciated the staff. We couldn’t sleep one night because it was a little warm so they had a fan delivered to our room! It made a huge difference the second night and they were very nice.
Cons: We came to moguls at 7:30 on a Saturday and they wasn’t taking any more orders for food. We couldn’t did down or order to go. Then I called later and asked if we could order a pizza and she said to call back at 9 because they were too busy. Then I called back at 9 am they said the kitchen was closed. That was a little disappointing because we were expecting to be able to eat dinner at 7:30 which isn’t late for dinner when your out somewhere. It was more frustrating that at 9pm when we went to the hotel store people were just getting served food so It looked like they were then seating more people after 7:30 unless it did take an hour and a half for those people to get their food.
6.0 Good
Pros: Price
Cons: Staff friendliness and cleanliness
9.0 Excellent

Pros: Beds were comfy and room was cozy
Cons: The screen door slams when you close it
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pretty nice place over all, pricey compared to other I've stayed in similar but it is right on superior.
Cons: I'm 6'2" 185, the shower's are tiny, I'm slightly disabled and could have dealt with the size of the shower but there is also no water pressure. It took me 45 min just to shower, needed a glass to fill with water to rinse. Every thing else was great but this kinda ruined my morning. Physically it was very difficult.

Cons: The office lady seemed overworked or stressed :( Sad
