The very courteous and caring concierges at the door on arrival unloading the car, taking care of the luggage diligently and assuring that the car would be parked securley and safely.

“We did a mini honeymoon and Valentin took exceptional care of our bookings in gastronomique restaurants, taxis...and a welcome gift was a surprise! The restaurant on the 8th floor for dinner and breakfast...amazing view and food!”

“the breakfast was a massive disappointment. I clicked on breakfast included on booking.com and i am a genius 2 member and they we were not expecting to pay for breakfast on top of our room rate! Either way, by 10.00 most of the food had been eaten and when we went to the buffet, there was not a lot of food to chose from. What the signs say and what was available were two different stories. This was no way a 5 star breakfast. I waited 25 minutes for a cup of tea! The bacon was tired and hard. The cheeses were unexciting. The fruit was canned! My friends tried and disliked the cakes. The fresh juices were not freshly squeezed, so this breakfast could have been the same in a 3 or 4 star hotel. The location and view are the only selling point of this hotel!”
