Pros (+) Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Nice ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a no frills hotel, no desk, no chair. Wifi in the room is extra as is TV. But if all you need is a nice clean comfy bed for the night and a modern, functioning shower, etc. It’s ideal and excellent value. Very short walk to Piccadilly Station.
Cons (-) Had a hard time finding it, but thanks to the kindness of strangers, I eventually did.
