Very nice room, larger than expected (we stayed in a superior double room). Satellite TV with domestic, German, Russian and international channels. Bathroom and shower also great. The hotel also had a separate room close to the lobby, where it was possible to relax or work and order cafe or drinks from the reception.
The room was a little cold at night, but the duvets were fine and so we slept well. Breakfast could have been better, especially the coffee. You just have to lower your expectations a little bit in this regard. Didn't try any spa services.

The hotel is located at the side of a forest and most of the sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The surroundings is so quiet that it is a good place to take a rest. The room is big and comfort.

Front steps under repair, also needing a handrail. Would be good to add a none slip finish too, like sica sand in a clear epoxy.

Really great location. Very quite. Not far from Kolonada, about 5-6 min onfoot.
- There are NO rooms with one big bed in reality, only shifted small beds. It is the most disgusting con; - Breakfast not so good as it could be; - Hotel is a little bit old, local repairs are desirable.
