Don’t stay in this motel! Cheap but CHEAP!, when I drove into the parking lot, I felt I was in an abandoned building, old and dirty, some people lay down the stairs, trash cans without caps, the room was worse, too bad smell to breath, desk old and paint already took off, I have never stayed a hotel as bad as this one! If you don’t care of those just save money, this one is okay.
Pros:The customer service here is second to none!!! I work in a similar profession and deeply appreciate seeing a staff like this act in such a hospital manner. And working in a similar profession as this for many years I can tell you that the negative reviews are nearly always wrong or have nothing to do with, or, are out of control of the location. So, sorry, here is mine... It's little bit of Tl;dr.. Anyway, Darnell and Neecy(*hope I spelled her name correctly) went extremely above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone that I accidentally left in an Uber car after a Braves playoff game last month. Within less than a minute of getting out of the car, I realized my phone must of slipped out of my pocket and I was left phone-less. Left helpless, I went to the front desk to use the lobby computer to possibly track down the driver to see about meeting back up to retrieve it, but I had problems logging into my Uber account on a PC without it needing my phone as a backup verification for a log-in. All while doing his normal Job Duties, Darnell could see I was struggling and was quick to assist me by letting me use his personal cell phone to try to contact the driver/call my cell. We didn't have much luck though because the driver had already finished for the evening and was inside his home. I thanked Mr Darnell for his efforts and decided I would just sleep on it and worry about it the next morning. The next morning I went back to the front desk for more help that the front desk didn't have to give, and Neecy help me pick right back up from where Darnell helped me last night. It didn't take too long from there for me to reach the driver and for him and I to find to a meeting spot to get my phone. He actually noticed it that next morning and attempted to call me, but it was my fault that my lock screen prevented him from doing so. (Unrelated to this-The driver went way out of his way to meet up with me when I was an absolute complete inconvenience to him to get my phone back.) Anyway, take this review as a sincere
Pros:Front Desk service was great. The room and bathroom was clean and had lots of towels. It was quite. The bed was also comfortable.
Cons:Outside it smelled and appeared urine was on the walkway in front of the room. There was an ironing board but no iron. A coffee maker would be nice.
