Always convenient, professional and affordable. I love them! I one rented from Budget and had the most horrible experience. Budget was rude and expensive. That experience reaffirmed my commitment to Enterprise and I haven't looked back since. I highly recommend Enterprise and will happily continue to use their services.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I very much liked my car; it was in great shape, got the best gas mileage Ive ever seen & it was comfy for my long road trip. Oh yeah & I think I looked pretty hip driving in the Chevy Spark ;) Overall I couldnt have been more pleased!!Cons:
There was not a single thing I didnt like; I mean, lets be honest, Id always appreciate an even cheaper deal on the car but I felt like I still got a grand deal & the peace of mind I had on the road while driving the chevy spark was priceless :)Hertz

Cons:
I had prepaid for a rental car two weeks in advance, and there was an additional $200 down payment that I was not aware of. I reviewed my rental agreement and did not see any mention of this. Also, they downgraded the car that I had prepaid for without notifying me.2.0 Poor

Went to pick up vehicle after calling the location to confirm what was needed and ended up leaving with NO CAR even though it was paid for in FULL prior to pickup....APPALLED. Was left stranded for vacation!!!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The guys at the Williamson County Airport Hertz office couldn't have been nicer. I had paid for a full-size car, but they didn't have one available, so I had a free upgrade to an SUV. This office is only 10 minutes from my house. I felt the rate was very reasonable.6.0 Okay

Rent and protection is cheaper when book through KayakCons:
Twice more expensive when book directly at the office for extension. Live at next town from Hertz office, so we have to pay for taxi to pick up and drop off, as much as two days rent because Hertz doesn't give pick up drop off costumers from the city next to Hertz office.10.0 Wonderful
