Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff as standout positives. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the dog-friendly policy. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and bathrooms, and some guests were disappointed by the limited access to the pool and spa facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lackluster. Overall, while the service and location are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and clearer communication about amenities would enhance the guest experience.
