Pros (+) Friendly staff, quick check in and check out process. They were able to get me an early check in, I arrived at 10 AM and was able to get right into a room.

Pros (+) A friend and I had a double room in this hotel and we found it to be well-maintained and very clean. The beds were VERY comfortable and my friend and I both slept remarkably well during our two-night stay. The common areas were also clean and well-maintained. All the staff were very courteous and our check-in was quick and efficient.
Cons (-) Although it was not much of a problem for us, the noise in the corridor was fairly audible through our room's entry door.

Pros (+) I loved the room itself. It was nicely updated with great features. The bathtub was large, and the bathroom was nicely inviting. The bedroom was relaxing, and the warm recess lighting added to the calm ambience. Lights, outlets, and space was plenty available. The fridge and microwave was also a beneficial spec. Cons (-) The acoustics and noise polution was abysmal! I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced such racket. Cons (-) Unfortunately there was more about the hotel we didn't like at all. The staff that greeted us was rude. Upon getting into the room, it was super small and I listed on the website that there were 3 people (I didn't specify that one was a toddler). There were no USB outlets or plugs to charge a phone.
