There is absolutely nothing good that I can say about my stay at your facility. Great improvement needs to happen at this facility!!!!!

My stay here was not a good one. The bathroom and sink area was dirty. When the maids came to do the room they made the beds and left clean towels and that's all they did. they did not clean the bathroom or the sink area and on top of that there were roaches in the room!!!!!!

The rooms were so dirty. The a.c./heater was full of dust and dirty. The bathroom vent was also full of dust, toilet seat had yellow Staines penetrated in it due to the age of it and the tub was so black you could not see the bottom of it. The room had this horrible musky smell like if there was someone there that had never taken a shower.Ughhhh and the customer service I called the front office at 9 am if they could bring me another bag of coffee to make myself a cup and I was told that housekeeping would be in until 10:30am if I wanted to wait......Really!!!!!!! Its not worth it. If you can spend that extra $$$$$$ DO IT!!!! WE SHOULD GET REIMBURSED....I wanted to post the pictures that were taken but I didn't have an option to do so.

The beds were really comfortable and housekeeping was a friendly group.

Some members of the staff had bad attitudes. Didn't feel welcomed there. A lot of rot and damage in the rooms and around the building. Our door lock at the top was loose and screw was falling off.
