Cons: Thin, cheap towels. It seems that recently they have adopted a policy of providing only one medium towel and one medium washcloth when you book as one person. Oddly, they still provide two bath towels. Also, they don't OWN enough towels, so when they clean the room in the morning and take the used towels away, they can't replace them immediately with fresh towels. They come back later after towels have been washed. Housekeeping gets confused easily. The recently-introduced two-sided Do Not Disturb/Maid Service Requested signs seem like a good idea, but not when the housekeeper sees something hanging on the door, doesn't bother to read it, and ASSUMES it's displaying "Do Not Disturb." I bring this up because this hotel has, for no good reason, failed to service my room on numerous occasions. When you check in, BEFORE you haul your luggage in, make sure that the services you need actually WORK in the room you are in. Sometimes WiFi isn't working, and sometimes the television picture is very poor. Check on the channels you watch, as sometimes, in some rooms, the picture is OK on the lower channels but bad on upper channels, like #68. In fact, upper channels may not be present in some rooms at all. Also check that the heating/cooling unit works and is not excessively noisy. You can't count on having a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. Make sure you request these things. Make sure there are sufficient working light bulbs. ABVI is cheaper than, say a Super 8 or a Knights Inn, but there's a reason. They run on a shoestring, and it shows in the maintenance. You can get what you need, but you may need to work at it.

Cons: Carpet was dirty, walking barefoot for a very short time left me with black feet. Upholstery, lamp shades, etc. seemed clean but were quite stained. Overall room seemed worn and in need of renovation.

Cons: The facility needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms smelled "Musty", had to go to Walmart and purchase Air Deodorizer

Cons: Breakfast did not look good. There was a waffle maker and some moldy bread, nothing else. There was a cockroach on the floor in the main area next to the food.

Cons: Cleanliness, decor, comfort

Cons: Not mentioning about 50 dollars deposit up front, old worn towel and bed sheets, pictures online looks very nice but in person the building is old

Cons: Didn't like that the shower was old and run down along with the furniture in the room along with the carpet. Bed was kinda lumpy and they used a bed pad as the comforter. The sheets smelled clean though. Sure didn't look like the pics shown online. My 11 year od son actually told me to keep going when we pulled up. No security cameras which didn't make me or my son feel safe.

Cons: Our AC broke the first night. They said they sent maintenance out to fix but it didn't work. We changed rooms, and our keys kept deactivating.

Cons: No water one morning (luckily I take nightly showers). Left in the am (they did go get coffee for guests) and water was on, when I got back later that day. Could have more variety in continental breakfast.

Cons: The rooms are dirty and smell really bad the carpets and chairs were stained. Would never stay in this hotel
