Location, staff is laid back and relaxed
Only one key is given to a room for 4 people.
I only stayed one night but the staff was nice and the room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and good shower. Great value for the price. It was right in the city center and easy to walk alone anywhere and still feel safe as a solo female traveler.
I stayed in the suite because it’s what they had available but if I would have had someone stay with me I don’t think the sofa beds available would have been comfortable for them to sleep on.
lovely rooms, great location right in the centre of Campeche! and absolutely great value for money. Staff members super nice and helpful
The colonial courtyard gives the place a beautiful feel, only 5mins walk from the main square and lots of restaurants.
The one positive of this hotel was the staff I encountered. All super lovely, most were very young but definitely tried to provide a good experience
The wifi was horrible, dropping out for hours with no fix. The air con was either arctic or broken. The shower leaked all day and night. My biggest issue though wasthat this was possibly the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in across 40 countries. All night every night people were fighting, or drinking in the courtyard, or kids running screaming at midnight, or on the phone outside the rooms at three am. I got so little sleep here even napping in the day was impossible due to the screaming and running past the rooms to the pool. There is no overnight security to ensure people are respectful and what appears to be a teenage boy monitoring the entrance only when he's not dead asleep. If you have any issues with sleep do not stay here! There are countless other hotels nearby.
